Meeting
rooms
With 11 meeting rooms, we can accommodate groups from
10 to 400. We can set up the meeting room to your particular
groups' specifications (E, U, T shaped tables, classroom
or theater style seating). Well known for our hospitality
and flexibility, Lake Tiak-O'Khata wants to help make
your meeting or retreat a success. Please let us know
if you have any special requests and we will be happy
to accommodate!

Billing
We will be happy to direct bill your meeting and hotel stay. Please make these arrangements prior to your arrival. For direct billing, an authorized signature is required on the invoice at the conclusion of the scheduled conference. Please also furnish a billing address to the motel desk. We need to know in advance whether billing is one bill or individually billed.

Agenda
We are open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. Check in time
begins at 3 p.m.. You are welcome to come early and enjoy our recreational
facilities. Check-out time is 11 am. Please let us know meeting
times, meal times, and coffee break times in advance to enable our
staff to prepare for your group.
