Corporate Event Hosting
Host your corporate events or business meetings at Lake Tiak O' Khata Hotel and Resort. Keep in touch with business with our wireless Internet in all our rooms. It's definitely a place where you can make decisions, plan for next year, conduct training classes, or just relax and have fun. We offer no facility fees for daily meetings and reasonable overnight group packages that include lodging, meals, and a complimentary meeting room. We can accommodate groups of 10 to 275.

We have the perfect spot for you. We have hosted business of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies down to very small businesses and we take wonderful care of them all. With accommodations like these, its not hard to see why.
With 8 private meeting rooms, we can accommodate groups from 10 to 275. We can set up the meeting room to your particular groups' specifications (E, U, T-shaped tables, classroom or theater style seating). Well known for our hospitality and flexibility, Lake Tiak-O'Khata wants to help make your meeting or retreat a success. Please let us know if you have any special requests and we will be happy to accommodate! Wireless Internet available in all facilities.
Billing
Payment is expected upon check-out unless prior billing has been set up and approved in advance. Please make these arrangements prior to your arrival. All statements must be approved and signed before you depart. Please also furnish a billing address to the motel desk. We need to know in advance whether billing is one bill or individually billed.
Agenda
We are open seven days a week. Check-in time begins at 4 PM. You are welcome to come early and enjoy our recreational facilities. Check-out time is 11 AM. Please let us know meeting times, meal times, and coffee break times in advance to enable our staff to prepare for your group.
Meals and Restaurant Service
Meals are a delightful experience at Lake Tiak-O'Khata. Known across the Southeast for its fine cuisine, many folks drive over just to sample our delicious assortment of Southern delicacies. We have six private dining rooms available for your group. The main dining room features a daily lunch buffet everyday served from 11 to 2 PM. We also have a special Sunday lunch buffet served from 10 to 2 PM. For dinner, we offer premium items such as steaks and seafood as well as lighter fare including salads and sandwiches.
